- Acrylates: an ingredient containing waterproof properties
- Lecithin: an emollient and water binding agent
The Simple Cat Eye Look:
- Start by angling your felt tip eye liner wand and creating short strokes on the inner most point of your eyelid.
- Continue creating short strokes across your lid until you reach the outer most point of your eyelid.
- Then, following the line from your closed eyelid, create an extended line using the point of the eye liner applicator.
- For a thicker, bolder line, build by adding more short strokes along the line you've created. Or, use an eye liner pencil to soften and blend your line.
The Double Coloured Cat Eye Look:
- Start by angling your felt tip eye liner wand and creating short strokes on the inner most point of your eyelid.
- Continue creating short strokes across your lid until you reach the outer most point of your eyelid.
- Then, following the line from your closed eyelid, create an extended line using the point of the eye liner applicator.
- Repeat steps 1-3 with a coloured eye liner (liquid or pencil) directly above your original line
