Our Delivery Policies
- Orders generally ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days
- Orders normally ship via Canada Post and US Postal Services and delivery times will vary, depending on your location
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once we process your order for delivery
- If you are not available to receive your delivery, the driver may choose to leave a notice card for pickup at the nearest postal outlet
- You have 7 days to pick up your order from a postal outlet or it will be returned to us
- We reserve the right to ship parcels to directly to the nearest postal outlet due to weather conditions, size of the parcel, or to avoid theft
- We only ship to US continental addresses
