How To

  • CHARGE UP: Charge curler with the USB cord for 4.5 hours before using for the first time. Unplug and be unbound. PS: Charging to full capacity after first-time use will take less time.
  • CHOOSE SETTINGS: Press ON for 2 seconds, then press it again for temperature (300 degrees F, 360 degrees F, or 400 degrees F) curl direction (left or right) and time (6, 8, 10, or 12 seconds).
  • Press SETTING to select an option for each. Select L (left) curl direction to curl right side of your head, R (right) to curl left side of your head or mix them up. Wait for the heat icon to stop flashing (you will hear 2 beeps).
  • HAIR WE GO: Now that the curl chamber has heated up, place a 1/2-1" section of clean, dry, tangle-free hair into it.
  • READY TO ROLL: Press and hold START button to draw hair into the chamber. Continue to hold the button while you hear a succession of slow beeps corresponding to the timer setting you've selected.

Returns must be pre-arranged by requesting a return via our Contact Us link. 

For most returns, we will provide you with a link to obtain a return shipping label, free of charge. Returns must be arranged with us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds will only be issued if the product is unused, in it’s original packaging. and in sellable condition (as determined by us upon receipt).

Defective products and products under Warranty will be replaced and/or given an online store credit at our discretion, and based on product availability. If you are not happy with the performance of a product or feel that it is defective, please contact us to discuss a replacement product or an online store credit, which may be issued, at our discretion, as determined on a case by case basis.

For all exchanges and/or replacements, the new item will be sent to you once the returned item is received by us

When a purchase is made at the store level, you have the option to return/exchange the product at the store, or you may send it to our Head Office via Canada Post.  Simply package the product with a copy of the receipt and mail it to 101 Jevlan Drive, Vaughan, ON, L4L 8C2. Please write the store location (and salesperson if possible) on the receipt. When we receive it, you will receive a full refund or exchange on your purchase.
