Orders generally ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days
Orders ship via Canada Post and US Postal Services and delivery times vary with your location
You will receive an email with a tracking number once we process your order for delivery
If you select home delivery and if are not home, USPS driver may choose to leave a notice card for pickup at the nearest postal outlet
You have 7 days to pick up your order from a postal outlet or it will be returned to us
We reserve the right to ship parcels to nearest postal outlet due to weather conditions, size of the parcel, or to secure large orders
We only ship to American addresses
